At Iyurvedik Elements, each formulation is crafted with precision to deliver high performance results. To preserve product integrity and maintain strict hygiene standards, our return policy is structured accordingly.

Final Sale Policy

All skincare products, including Vitamin C and Retinol serums, are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products.

Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Tamper seal must be intact and unbroken

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Product must be purchased directly from iyurvedik.com

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed. Iyurvedik Elements reserves the right to refuse or discard unauthorized returns.

How to Request a Return

Email info@iyurvedik.com with your order number and request. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
